Sipartech has been selected to integrate the ecosystem of partners to build the largest AI Campus in Europe, in the Paris region. This project is led by BPIfrance, MGX, Mistral AI et NVIDIA.

This commissioning enables interoperability between the Milan and Genoa data centres and opens up new prospects for very high-speed connectivity in southern Europe.
May 2024 - New long-distance route Barcelona-Madrid
Following the activation of the Medloop France submarine cable between Barcelona, Marseilles and Genoa, Sipartech is investing in a single route to connect Barcelona’s Cable Landing Station (CLS) to the city of Madrid.

In June 2021, our employees were able to discover and take up residence in our new offices in Boulogne-Billancourt.
June 2021 - Syndicated loan
To accelerate the construction of its long-distance fiber optic network and interconnect all its metropolitan networks in Europe, Sipartech takes out a syndicated loan of 180 million euros.
January 2021 - Long Haul network extension
Sipartech is giving new colors to more than 1,200 km of new networks all along the Atlantic seaboard, for commissioning in July 2021.
May 2021 - Deployment in Spain

Sipartech celebrates its 10th anniversary and brings together its hundred or so employees at the Pavillon Dauphine in Paris.

After Lille and Marseille, Sipartech is rolling out its own metropolitan network in and around Lyon.

American investment fund SUMMIT Partners replaces NJJ Capital and Ciclad. The founders retain a majority stake.

2015 - Sipartech in Lille
Continuing its development in the Paris region, Sipartech is rolling out its own network in Lille and the surrounding area.

Following on from its expansion in the Paris region, Sipartech is deploying its own network in Marseilles.

2012 - 2nd fundraising round with NJJ Capital and CICLAD
CICLAD, a French venture capital fund, acquires a stake in Sipartech, alongside NJJ Capital, which renews its financial support for Sipartech.

2010 - 1st fund-raising round with NJJ Capital
NJJ Capital, Xavier Niel’s personal holding company, acquires a stake in Sipartech.
